Who we are
This site belongs to Pixelplan Digital Web, Lda. (NIPC 513664424), based in Porto, Portugal. We decide how the data described here is used. For any question, or to use your rights, email info@pixelplan.net.
When you send us a project brief
The contact form asks for your name, email, company (optional) and a few lines about your project. We use them to reply and to talk about the work with you, and for nothing else. The form emails them to info@pixelplan.net through Postmark, the service that delivers our email. We keep the conversation for as long as we work on it together, and delete it whenever you ask.
To stop spam, the server briefly notes a scrambled form of your IP address with the time of each brief, and forgets it after 10 minutes.
Analytics, only if you accept
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help. It doesn't load at all until you accept, and we don't use it for advertising. Google may process this data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can change your mind at any time with , also at the bottom of every page. Rejecting deletes the cookies below.
| Cookie | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics: tells visits apart | 2 years |
_ga_… | Google Analytics: keeps track of the current visit | 2 years |
Saved in your browser
Two small settings stay in your browser's storage, not in cookies, and never leave your device: pp-theme remembers light or dark mode, and pp-consent remembers your analytics choice for a year.
Fonts and hosting
The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, page and time) to keep the site secure and running.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@pixelplan.net. If you think we got something wrong, you can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
